10 Day Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at giftforever.in – you can return all items within 10 days of receipt of goods.
If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care. please email us at given email ID in contact page or call us on support number given in contact page within 10 days of receipt of the product. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue either a full refund, giftforever.in Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
• If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 10 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
• We also will refund you the shipping charges in store credits.
• Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remains intact.
To coordinate a return
• Send a picture of the item to support email ID with the subject line “RETURN” or call us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

• Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount as store credits. You can redeem your store credit towards future purchases from us. In case the return is found ineligible for refund, we will courier the product back to you.
• We will strive to close the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
• Some special rules for promotional offers may override “giftforever.in’s 10 Day Returns Policy”
